Challenge

As Intern of the Human Resources team, you will support proactively sourcing activities, engage with potential candidates through phone calls, emails and other social media channels and help acquire the right talent for BorgWarner ETTS Viana plant positions .

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the R&S processes
  • Search and identify potential Candidates on Social Networks to create shortlists of talents;
  • Organize and have phone calls with prospects to present vacancy as attractively and convincingly as possible;
  • Build and maintain a Talent Pipeline for different positions;
  • Track candidates to ensure timely action from Hiring Managers/ HR Business Partners side; Hand over candidates who have been actively sourced and applied on the BorgWarner career sitel to Hiring Managers/ HR Business Partners;
  • Support lean and candidate-oriented processes for Recruitment & Active Sourcing
  • Complete data analysis and interpretation
  • Collaborate in the reporting and administration of HR KPIs
  • Deliver communications for generalists tasks in subject area

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education or related area 
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written)
  • Good English language skills (spoken and written
  • Experience in Recruitment area is valuable
  • Eligibility for professional intenship procedure by portuguese law
